ZHONGYA GROUP: Ji Yonglin and Jin Weidong have completed their share reduction plan
ZHONGYA GROUP announced that the share reduction plans of the company's director and chief engineer Ji Yonglin and director and vice president Jin Weidong have been completed. On July 16, 2025, Ji Yonglin reduced his holdings by 18,750 shares through centralized bidding, with a reduction ratio of 0.0047%. Jin Weidong reduced his holdings by 28,750 shares on the same day, with a reduction ratio of 0.0071%. After the reduction, Ji Yonglin holds 56,250 shares, accounting for 0.0140% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares; Jin Weidong holds 86,250 shares, accounting for 0.0214% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares
