According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CDL (300686.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of no more than 11 million shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 4.22% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 8.8 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 215 incentive recipients, and the grant price (including reserves) is set at 6.30 yuan/share
