# Jincheng Pharm's subsidiary has renewed and changed the production enterprise license for tobacco monopoly, with the approved production capacity for nicotine used in e-cigarettes increased to no more than 200 tons/year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jincheng Pharm (300233.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Jincheng Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jincheng Chemical") received the "Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise License" (for electronic cigarette nicotine production enterprises) issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration on July 18, 2025. The newly issued "Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise License" will be valid until June 30, 2028, and changes have been made to the relevant content of the original license.

The newly obtained "Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise License" for Jincheng Chemical extends its validity period to June 30, 2028, and the approved production capacity for electronic cigarette nicotine has increased to no more than 200 tons/year, which will have a positive impact on the company's performance
