# Kingenta Group: The issue of non-compliance in the random inspection of blended fertilizer products is unrelated to the company

Kingenta Group announced on July 18 that it has recently noticed the report released by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Administration on July 3 regarding the quality supervision and random inspection of products such as ethanol gasoline, which mentioned the substandard mixed fertilizer products produced by "Tanghe County Kingenta Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd." Some media directly referred to this as the behavior of "Kingenta," which has caused serious distress and infringement to the company. Upon verification, "Tanghe County Kingenta Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd." is a registered enterprise in Henan Province and has no equity relationship, business cooperation, or brand authorization relationship with Kingenta. Its actions are unrelated to Kingenta Group and its subsidiaries. The products that were randomly inspected and deemed substandard by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Administration were not produced, sold, or provided by the company. The quality issues and related responsibilities of the products entirely belong to their product liability party
