HBC: Received government subsidies of 13 million yuan

HBC announced that on July 18, 2025, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Leshan HBC Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. received a total government subsidy of 13 million yuan. Among them, the company received 3 million yuan, and Leshan HBC Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. received 10 million yuan. This subsidy accounts for 41.32% of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the fiscal year 2024 and is classified as a government subsidy related to income, which will have a positive impact on the company's profit for the fiscal year 2025.
