# PRET's subsidiary, Haishida Naxing, plans to increase capital and introduce strategic investor Guoyan No. 1

Zhitong Finance APP news, PRET (002324.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Guangdong Haisida Sodium Star Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haisida Sodium Star") has introduced a strategic investor, Guangzhou Guoyan No. 1 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guoyan No. 1"). Guoyan No. 1 will increase the registered capital of Haisida Sodium Star by RMB 2 million in cash, corresponding to 10% equity of Haisida Sodium Star after this transaction. The original shareholders of Haisida Sodium Star will waive their preferential subscription rights for this capital increase. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Haisida Sodium Star will increase from RMB 18 million to RMB 20 million, and the equity ratio of the company's controlling subsidiary Jiangsu Haisida Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haisida Power") in Haisida Sodium Star will change from 66.67% to 60%. Haisida Sodium Star will still be a controlling subsidiary of Haisida Power, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged
