# JULONG: The share reduction plan of specific shareholders Zhang Jincheng and Liu Zhaoning has been completed

JULONG announced that a specific shareholder, Zhang Jincheng, reduced his holdings by 420,300 shares through centralized bidding from July 8 to July 17, 2025, accounting for 0.38% of the total share capital and 0.39% of the shares excluding repurchased shares. Another specific shareholder, Liu Zhaoning, reduced his holdings by 222,600 shares through centralized bidding from June 30 to July 17, 2025, accounting for 0.20% of the total share capital and 0.21% of the shares excluding repurchased shares. This reduction plan has been completed, and after the reduction, both Zhang Jincheng and Liu Zhaoning no longer hold shares in the company
