# EMPYREAN: The big fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.5% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BGI Genomics (301269.SZ) announced that its major shareholder, "National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Big Fund"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.7147 million shares, or no more than 0.5% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding and block trading.

The company's major shareholder, "Shanghai Jianyuan Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) - Shanghai Jianyuan Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (referred to as "Shanghai Jianyuan"), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.4294 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods
