# SNAT: The court has ruled to accept the reorganization of its wholly-owned subsidiary SAIC Hongyan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SNAT (600841.SH) announced that on July 18, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary SAIC Hongyan Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SAIC Hongyan") received the Civil Ruling (2025) Yu 05 Po Shen 436 from the Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court, which accepted the reorganization application filed by Chongqing Anji Logistics against SAIC Hongyan.

The Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People's Court has ruled that SAIC Hongyan will enter the reorganization process. However, during the advancement of the reorganization matters, there are still possibilities such as the reorganization plan failing to pass the vote, the reorganization plan passing the vote but not obtaining court approval, and the reorganization plan being approved by the court but unable to be executed.
