According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WISCOM (002090.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Jiangsu WISCOM Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "WISCOM Group"), informing that it is planning to transfer shares through an agreement. WISCOM Group intends to transfer 16.01% of the company's shares to the counterparty. Upon completion of this share transfer, it may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from July 21, 2025 (Monday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days
