# SANYOU CHEMICAL: The public issuance of no more than 900 million yuan of corporate bonds for technological innovation to professional investors has been approved for registration

SANYOU CHEMICAL announced that the company recently received the "Approval on the Registration of Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Co., Ltd. to Publicly Issue Corporate Bonds for Technological Innovation to Professional Investors" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 15, 2025. The approval allows the company to publicly issue corporate bonds for technological innovation to professional investors with a total face value not exceeding 900 million yuan. The issuance of these corporate bonds for technological innovation must strictly follow the prospectus submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the company can issue the corporate bonds for technological innovation in installments within the validity period of the registration
