# YUANFEI PET plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUANFEI PET (001222.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 2,509,540 restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.31% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan. Among them, 2,009,540 shares will be granted initially, with 500,000 shares reserved. The initial and reserved grant price is set at 9.63 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of completion of the initial grant registration of the restricted shares to the date when all the restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, not exceeding 60 months
