According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Highton Development (603162.SH) has disclosed a plan for issuing A-shares to specific targets, with the subscribers being Dayunming Investment and Dalan Investment, which will be subscribed in cash. Dayunming Investment and Dalan Investment are related parties controlled by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zeng Erbin. The total amount of raised funds will not exceed 210 million yuan (including the principal), and the net amount of raised funds after deducting issuance costs will be used for the bulk carrier acquisition project
