According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NST (301120.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted actors Mr. Tan Yong, Ms. Zong Lili, Ms. Li Shuqin, and Mr. Zong Baofeng plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.1324 million shares within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital excluding the capital in the repurchase special securities account
