# ZZEPC plans to invest 751 million yuan to acquire a stake in China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZZEPC (600023.SH) announced that the company, along with China National Nuclear Corporation (referred to as "CNNC"), China Nuclear Power, China National Petroleum Corporation Kunlun Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kunlun Capital"), Shanghai Future Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Fusion"), National Green Development Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "National Green Fund"), and Sichuan Heavy Science Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sichuan Fusion"), will jointly invest approximately 11.492 billion yuan in China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fusion Company") at a price of 1.0019 yuan per registered capital, subscribing to an additional registered capital of 11.469 billion yuan for Fusion Company, of which the company will contribute approximately 751 million yuan to hold a 5% equity stake in Fusion Company.
