ACIG announced that the company plans to swap its coal business-related assets and liabilities for 85.5 million shares of Ganzhou Jinhui Magnetic Separation Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. held by Jiangxi Jiangte Holding Development Co., Ltd. The company held its second meeting of the ninth board of directors on June 27, 2025, to review and approve the relevant matters of this transaction. On July 22, 2025, the company received a reply letter from Jiangxi Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd. regarding the asset swap of ACIG, in which Jiang Investment Group agreed to the company's major asset swap and related transaction plan. This transaction still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review
