# Zhengchuan Pharmapack: 50 million yuan of idle funds invested in structured deposits at INDUSTRIAL BANK

Chongqing Zhengchuan Pharmapack Co., Ltd. announced that in order to improve the efficiency of idle self-owned funds, the company used 50 million yuan of idle self-owned funds to purchase INDUSTRIAL BANK's "Corporate Financial RMB Structured Deposit Product," with a term of 92 days, which is a principal-protected floating income type, with an expected annualized return of 1.00%-1.95%. This investment has gone through the decision-making process, and the company was approved to use a maximum of 300 million yuan of idle self-owned funds for cash management through the board of directors and the supervisory board in June 2025. As of the announcement date, the company has cumulatively invested 600 million yuan in cash management over the past 12 months, has recovered 300 million yuan, and achieved a return of 2.8398 million yuan, with a current usage limit of 300 million yuan. This investment does not affect daily operations, and the risks are controllable
