ZIJING INTL FIN's subsidiary plans to sell a car for HKD 6.25 million
ZIJING INTL FIN announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ZIJING CONSULTANTS LIMITED will sell a purple Phantom luxury four-seater car manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for HKD 6.25 million on July 22, 2025. The car and all its items (including keys, service manuals, license plates, and related licenses) are legally and beneficially owned by the seller
According to the announcement from ZIJING INTL FIN (08340), on July 22, 2025 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the seller ZIJING Consulting Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the buyer for the sale of the car at a price of HKD 6.25 million. As of the date of this announcement, the car is legally and beneficially owned by the seller.
