# Hanyi: Plans to acquire 39% equity in Shanghai PIDONG Cultural Media for 102 million yuan

Hanyi announced on the evening of July 22 that the company plans to acquire equity in Shanghai PIDONG Cultural Media Co., Ltd. for 102 million yuan through the transfer of old shares and capital increase. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold a total of 39% equity in Shanghai PIDONG Cultural Media. The main business of Shanghai PIDONG Cultural Media includes the creation of cultural products, development and sales of IP derivatives. By obtaining famous IP authorizations in the fields of e-sports, games, entertainment, and animation, the company designs physical products such as cards, trendy toys, and cultural and creative peripherals based on IP images or elements, generating revenue through online and offline sales. By investing in Shanghai PIDONG Cultural Media, the company will further strengthen its competitiveness in the IP sector
