# Xiangming Intelligent's controlling shareholder and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xiangming Intelligent (301226.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Changzhou Xiangxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (holding 51.4258%, referred to as "Xiangxing Information") and its concerted party, Changzhou Xianghua Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (holding 3.4640%, referred to as "Xianghua Consulting"), plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 1.088 million shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the total shares of the company) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, and to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.176 million shares (i.e., no more than 2% of the total shares of the company) through block trading within three months after the announcement date, with a total reduction of no more than 3.264 million shares (accounting for 3% of the total shares of the company)
