# Jinhe Biotechnology plans to repurchase and cancel 2.1 million restricted stocks and notify creditors to declare

Jinhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced that due to some incentive targets of the 2023 restricted stock incentive plan not meeting personal performance standards in 2024, and 4 incentive targets not meeting the conditions, the company plans to repurchase and cancel 2.1 million shares of restricted stock that have not been lifted from the sale restrictions, resulting in a reduction of both the share capital and registered capital by 2.1 million yuan. After the completion of this repurchase, the company's share capital will decrease from 771,634,398 shares to 769,534,398 shares, and the registered capital will be adjusted accordingly. According to the Company Law, creditors may declare their claims from July 23, 2025, to September 5, 2025, through on-site, mail, or fax, requesting debt repayment or guarantees, and the expiration will not affect the validity of the claims
