According to the announcement from MeiNong Biological (301156.SZ), the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Hong Wei's concerted actor, Shanghai Quanyu Zhihe Management Consulting Firm (Limited Partnership) (formerly known as Shanghai Quanyu Investment Management Firm (Limited Partnership), referred to as "Quanyu"), holds 10.3932 million shares of the company (accounting for 7.38% of the company's current total share capital) and plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.4078 million shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from the 15th trading day
