# BSCTECH directors and executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.02% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BSCTECH (300951.SZ) announced that Mr. Yang Chuanqi, a director holding 79,000 shares of the company (accounting for 0.05% of the total share capital), plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 11,300 shares (accounting for 0.01% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement; Ms. Zhou Dan, a senior executive holding 79,000 shares of the company (accounting for 0.05% of the total share capital), also plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 11,300 shares (accounting for 0.01% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
