HY announced that Tibet HY plans to adjust the valuation compensation for a 40% equity stake in Asia Pacific Mining, amounting to 509 million yuan, and intends to acquire an 11% equity stake in Asia Pacific Mining held by Guangxi Dierun for 300 million yuan to achieve control.
