HY announced that Tibet HY plans to adjust the valuation compensation for a 40% equity stake in Asia Pacific Mining, amounting to 509 million yuan, and intends to acquire an 11% equity stake in Asia Pacific Mining held by Guangxi Dierun for 300 million yuan to achieve control. Upon completion of this transaction, Asia Pacific Mining will become a subsidiary controlled by the company with a 51% stake, and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, which is expected to have a certain impact on the company's operating performance in 2025
