# Great River Smarter plans to launch a stock option incentive plan for 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Great River Smarter (002930.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 12.27 million stock options to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 2.68% of the company's total equity as of July 18, 2025. This grant is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. The exercise price is set at 11.55 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of stock option authorization until all stock options granted to the incentive recipients are exercised or canceled, lasting no more than 48 months
