# YAOJI TECHNOLOGY's controlling shareholder and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YAOJI TECHNOLOGY (002605.SZ) announced that Mr. Yao Shuaobin, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, along with his four concerted actors, Mr. Yao Wencheng, Ms. Yao Xiaoli, XuanYuan Private Fund Investment Management (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. - XuanYuan KeXin No. 241 Private Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "XuanYuan Fund"), and Zhuhai Abama Private Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Abama Enjoy Dividend No. 28 Private Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Abama Fund"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 12,524,200 shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement. Among them, the shares reduced through centralized bidding will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, and the shares reduced through block trading will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital
