# Zhenhua Chemical General Manager Ke Yusheng was warned and fined by the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhenhua Chemical (603067.SH) announced that the company's general manager received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Hubei Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The decision stated that Ke Yusheng has served as a director and general manager of Zhenhua Chemical since its listing in September 2016. From August 21, 2023, to March 19, 2024, Ke Yusheng's son, Ke Mouting, opened a program trading strategy and frequently bought and sold "Zhenhua Chemical" stocks, violating the trading volume of 529,000 shares and the trading amount of 5.291 million yuan. The Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to warn Ke Yusheng and impose a fine of 100,000 yuan
