XZB announced that as of July 25, 2025, the company's vice president and board secretary Zheng Xiaoling completed the reduction plan, during which 30,000 shares were sold through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.0220% of the total share capital, with a transaction price range of 41.93 to 47.24 yuan/share, cashing out 1.3622 million yuan; after the reduction, the shareholding is 279,200 shares, accounting for 0.2046%, consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan, with 47,310 shares remaining to be reduced
