GHNM announced that the Guangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission plans to transfer its 33% equity stake in BBWPORT Group to Guangxi Guokong Group without compensation. After the completion of this equity structure change, the company's controlling shareholder will still be GHNM, the indirect controlling shareholder will still be BBWPORT Group, and the actual controller will still be the Guangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. This change will not have a substantial impact on the company's governance structure and production operations
