BAIRUN CORPORATION announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Liu Xiaodong pledged 35.1 million shares, accounting for 8.25% of his holdings and 3.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is July 24, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is to repay loans. At the same time, Liu Xiaodong released the pledge of 67.15 million shares, accounting for 15.78% of his holdings and 6.40% of the company's total share capital.
