# OFFCN EDU: Shareholder Li Yongxin's 7.3% stake in the company has been judicially re-frozen

OFFCN EDU announced that the shares held by its shareholder Li Yongxin have been applied for judicial re-freezing, with the number of frozen shares amounting to 450,388,231 shares, accounting for 50.78% of his holdings and 7.30% of the company's total share capital. The reason for Li Yongxin's judicial re-freezing is mainly due to a dispute arising from his provision of guarantees for a third-party borrower to the applicant for enforcement. Currently, the shareholder has not received the relevant legal documents regarding the judicial re-freezing and is in communication and negotiation with the relevant parties.
