NWM: The controlling shareholder's concerted actor Lan Mo No. 8 plans to transfer 2.034 million shares

NWM announced that due to family asset planning, the controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Shanghai Lanmo Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Lanmo Private Equity Fund No. 8, plans to transfer its 2.034 million shares to Wu Xin and Yang Ming through block trading. After this transfer is completed, Lanmo No. 8 will no longer hold shares in the company, and Wu Xin and Yang Ming will become new concerted actors of the controlling shareholder. This internal transfer plan will be implemented at a scheduled time 15 trading days after the company discloses it. This transfer is an internal shareholding adjustment among concerted actors and does not involve reducing holdings in the market. The total number and proportion of shares held by the company's controlling shareholder and its concerted actors have not changed
