# Sunshine Dairy: During the stock fluctuation period, the controlling shareholder sold 1.1452 million shares

On the evening of July 30, Sunshine Dairy disclosed a stock trading anomaly announcement stating that the company's recent operating conditions are normal, and there have been no significant changes in the internal and external operating environment. The company's controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Sunshine Dairy Group Co., Ltd., sold 665,200 shares of the company on July 29, 2025, and 480,000 shares on July 30, 2025, totaling 1,145,200 shares, accounting for 0.41% of the company's total share capital. The shares were sourced from an increase obtained through the bidding trading system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2024. This sale of shares did not touch the integer multiple of 1% of the controlling shareholder's equity in the company. During this period of abnormal stock fluctuations, the actual controller of the company did not engage in buying or selling the company's shares
