ZYNM: Director Sun Zhihua resigned for personal reasons

ZYNM announced that the company's director Sun Zhihua resigned for personal reasons, and the resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Sun Zhihua's departure is set for July 30, 2025, with the original term expiration date being June 6, 2026. Sun Zhihua's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the board and the company. The company will hold a staff representative meeting on July 31, 2025, to elect Mr. Zhang Chengqiang as the employee director of the company's fifth board of directors, with a term ending on the expiration date of the fifth board's term. Mr. Zhang Chengqiang, born in December 1982, previously served as the chairman of the company's supervisory board and is currently the employee director of the company
