ENWEI PHARMACEUTICAL announced that the company's vice president Chen Lei holds 65,118 shares, accounting for 0.0633% of the company's total share capital and 0.0644% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 16,279 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan, accounting for 0.0158% of the company's total share capital and 0.0161% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares. The shares to be reduced come from equity incentive grants, and the reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of implementation
