# Heyuan Gas's major shareholder Changjiang Capital plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Heyuan Gas (002971.SZ) announced that its major shareholder, Changjiang Growth Capital Investment Co., Ltd. ("Changjiang Capital"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by 2.1124 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, and to reduce its holdings by 2.1124 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through block trading
