# Leascend: The controlling subsidiary Meishan Leascend increases capital and introduces investors

Leascend announced that its controlling subsidiary, Meishan Leascend Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., will introduce Gongqingcheng Xingdan Industrial Equity Investment Partnership through a capital increase and share expansion. The partnership will increase its capital in Meishan Leascend by RMB 60 million in cash, obtaining a 2.91% equity stake after the capital increase. After the transaction is completed, the registered capital of Meishan Leascend will increase from RMB 945 million to RMB 973 million; Tianjin Leascend's shareholding ratio in Meishan Leascend will be diluted from 95.24% to 92.46%, and Meishan Leascend will still be a controlling subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements
