# SHIHUA Technology: Total investment of 2.05 billion yuan in high-performance optical adhesive film project

SHIHUA Technology announced that the company held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on December 5, 2024, to review and approve the proposal for investing in the construction of a high-performance optical adhesive film material project in the Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone of Suzhou. The total investment for the project is 2.05 billion yuan, and the company has signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Wujiang District, Suzhou, with a land transfer area of 54,363.45 square meters. The project has obtained the "Jiangsu Province Investment Project Filing Certificate" and signed the "Construction Engineering Contract." On March 27, 2025, the company obtained the "Construction Engineering Permit," with the project name being the high-performance optical adhesive film material project - pile foundation engineering. On July 31, 2025, the company obtained the "Construction Engineering Permit" again, with the project name being the high-performance optical adhesive film material project
