On August 2nd, the Wuhan Housing and Urban Renewal Bureau released data showing that in July, Wuhan's newly built commercial housing online contracts reached 10,405 units, a year-on-year increase of 13%; newly built commercial residential online contracts reached 8,212 units, a year-on-year increase of 5%. The market recovery trend is evident. This enthusiasm is confirmed in specific projects. On August 2nd, the marketing center of the OCT Tianhui project, located by East Lake, was bustling with people. According to the project sales manager, as the first quasi-fourth-generation residential project by East Lake, the sales exceeded 100 million yuan within just 3 hours on the opening day, July 11th. One homebuyer stated that driven by favorable policies such as exemption from deed tax, a 15% down payment, low interest rates, and increased housing provident fund loan limits, along with confidence in the product strength of fourth-generation residential properties, they made a decisive purchase.
