According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Nantong Youci Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Cai Aijun as the legal representative. The business scope includes: operation of Class III medical devices; wholesale of pharmaceuticals; retail of pharmaceuticals; sales of Class II medical devices. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Wenci Ophthalmology Group Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Nantong Wenbo Medical Management Consulting Partnership and Bright Eye Hospital Group
