# Kingdomway's subsidiary and Aibede jointly established a joint venture to promote the application of nanocrystal production technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingdomway (002626.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Kingdomway Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Kingdomway Pharmaceutical), stating that it has jointly invested with Hangzhou Aibede Life Science Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as Aibede) to establish a joint venture company, Kingdomway (Inner Mongolia) Nutritional Food Co., Ltd., in the Tokto County Industrial Park, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The announcement stated that the establishment of the joint venture will facilitate deep cooperation between the company and the other party, applying nanocrystal production technology to coenzyme Q10, astaxanthin, curcumin, quercetin, etc., significantly improving the absorption speed and efficiency of the company's related products, and applying it to the nutritional health field for humans and pets. The application of this technology will help enhance the competitiveness of the company's products and facilitate the expansion of the company's business in the global market
