# Hob Biotech plans to sell part of its land use rights and factory buildings for 19.52 million yuan

According to the announcement from Hob Biotech (688656.SH), in line with the company's overall strategic development plan and to further optimize the asset structure and maintain reasonable asset allocation, the company intends to sell the land use rights and factory buildings located at Building 17 (C6) No. 218 Xinghu Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province to XINLIANCHENG Company. After friendly negotiations between both parties, the taxable transfer price for this asset sale is set at 19.52 million yuan, with the final transaction price subject to the formal sale contract signed between the company and XINLIANCHENG Company
