The highest transaction price was 10.81 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 8.21 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 53.2204 million yuan (excluding transaction fees). The total amount of funds for this share repurchase has reached the lower limit of the total funds for share repurchase in the repurchase plan and does not exceed the upper limit of the total funds for share repurchase.
