The company has applied to terminate the land use rights transfer work for the Kaohua Village land. The land area of this plot is 1,517.47 square meters, with a transfer payment of 1.3035 million yuan and a land transfer compensation payment of 4.1296 million yuan, totaling 5.4331 million yuan.
