YONGAN PHARMACEUTICAL announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary YONGAN KANGJIAN PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD. has been re-certified as a high-tech enterprise. YONGAN KANGJIAN received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Hubei Provincial Department of Finance, and the State Taxation Administration Hubei Provincial Taxation Bureau, with certificate number GR202442005101, issued on December 24, 2024, and valid for three years. Since being certified as a high-tech enterprise, YONGAN KANGJIAN can continue to enjoy a preferential corporate income tax rate of 15% for three consecutive years
