According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PROLTO (002769.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zhao Ye plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.66488 million shares (accounting for 0.9817% of the company's total share capital and 1.0000% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
