Fang Kerui plans to transfer his 2.00% equity stake in BUCHANG CAIGAN to Xie Jihui for RMB 0; Zhou Yanfeng will transfer his 1.00% equity stake in BUCHANG CAIGAN to 1929 Health Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB 0. The company agrees to waive its right of first refusal for the equity transfer. After the transaction is completed, the company's equity stake in BUCHANG CAIGAN will decrease from 93% to 90%
