According to the announcement from ZYPEEK (688716.SH), Wang Xiuyun plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 1.2168 million shares through centralized bidding, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital. The total number of shares to be reduced within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares, and the reduction period will take place within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement
