# Fangsheng Pharmaceutical: Actual controller Zhang Qinghua has been released on bail pending trial

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fangsheng Pharmaceutical (603998.SH) announced that Mr. Zhang Qinghua, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" (No. \[2020\] 111, \[2020\] 112) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 18, 2021, for suspected insider trading of the company's stock. On August 7, 2025, Mr. Zhang Qinghua sent a "Notice Letter" to the company, stating that he received the "Decision on Bail Pending Trial" (Chang Gong Zhi (Jing) Qi Bao Zi \[2025\] 0750) issued by the Changsha Public Security Bureau's Direct Division on August 6, 2025. Due to the aforementioned matters, it was decided to grant him bail pending trial according to relevant legal provisions, effective from August 6, 2025.

Mr. Zhang Qinghua currently does not hold the position of director or senior management in the company. The aforementioned matters only involve Mr. Zhang Qinghua personally and are unrelated to the company's daily operations and business development, and will not affect the company's daily operations, business, and financial status
